Should your hardy shrub, tree or evergreen fail to live within one year of the purchase date, we will give you credit for the original purchase price. The dead plant and original receipt must be presented in order for a credit to be issued. No exceptions will be allowed. Credit will be given once only. Guarantee is conditional upon immediate planting and regular watering procedures.

Items not covered by the guarantee include annuals, perennials, water plants, hanging baskets, planted planters, strawberries, tender plants, bulbs, sod and seeds are not part of the guarantee.

We accept no returns on plants, chemicals, fertilizers, and cut fabric/pond liner. All other items must be returned within 10 days of purchase date for in-store credit.
